We Are Obliged By the E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) To Protect Your Personal Data.

The collection of Personal Data is done lawfully, equitably and transparently towards our users in accordance with The E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that your Personal Data is protected and only used in the ways that are disclosed to you in this document. We assure you that we will not use your Personal Data for any illegitimate purposes or in manners that are incompatible with the purposes described above or with the relevant rules & regulations of Romania and the European Union.

In case we do not comply with the legal provisions mentioned above you have the right to file a complaint with it

The present Privacy Policy is addressed equally to our Clients, registered users of our website and clients who use our website without yet having registered an account, acting as Data Subjects.

3. What Does Personal Data Mean?

The Processor will also commit himself to respect and protect the confidentiality of your personal data.

  • right to data portability, provided by art. 20 of the GDPR, which you can only exercise if the processing is based on your consent or contract, and only if your data is processed by automated means.   • right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes, provided by art. 21 of the GDPR.
